What you’ll do:
The operations team at Public is looking for a specialist to help manage our user onboarding processes during a flexible weekly schedule that will include one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday.
As the Operations Specialist – Onboarding, you are the first point of contact for new users as they join our incredible community of investors. You will be responsible for reviewing new account applications and communicating with our users about their application status while continuously working to find ways to improve the (and your) systems and processes. In addition, you will independently drive projects and analyses that support our ability to grow the business and improve the investing experience for all of our members.
Since Public is in a regulated industry, this role will require the candidate to have certain securities licenses as a prerequisite to being hired, including the FINRA Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63 licenses.
