What You’ll Do:
As Growth Partnership Manager you will manage and scale our affiliate marketing channel. You will be responsible for the ongoing optimization and relationship-management of existing affiliate partners. You will identify and on-board new partners: publishers, creators, and platforms/apps. From there you will be their point of contact, constantly relaying new features and news about Public to keep Public top-of-mind. Some other responsibilities include:
Identification and on-boarding of new partners: publishers, creators, and platforms/apps
Ownership of partner communications,
Identifying creative ways to infuse Public into partner content and experiences
Management and reporting of affiliate performance
Development of new opportunities to hone affiliate strategy
What we’re looking for:
At least 3+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing partnerships, with preference given to candidates with direct experience in financial services
Strong grasp of affiliate metrics and how they ladder into business objectives
Experience running affiliate campaigns in Impact Radius
You have an intellectual curiosity about the public markets and share in our mission to change the culture of investing
Experience with mobile app marketing
Experience managing relationships with influencers
Experience with mobile attribution, preferably Adjust
