JOB OBJECTIVE

Metalabs is a startup organization backed by one of the single largest real estate developers globally who are building a metaverse that will act as a platform where creators can tap into tools for gaming, Virtual Reality, NFTs and retail.

·       Support assigned communities through active management, maintenance and engagement. 

·       Be an active member in the community by proactively starting conversations. Stamp out bad behaviors and build relationships with community members. 

·       Listen and collect community feedback and report them to the team leader. Test and iterate on ways to increase community engagement. 

·       Work with attached marketing teams to organize and manage campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement on community platforms. 

·       Stay up to date on latest trends in the crypto industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

·       Some Experience in Community Management and or similar role within the blockchain, gaming start up environments 

·       Excellent verbal communication and writing skills. 

·       Motivated, self-driven and independent self-starter who will research and learn the skills and knowledge they need to be successful. 

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

·       Should have an active interest in discussing about Defi, DAOs, NFTs, and rug pulls.
