Web3 Talent Acquisition Manager (Go To Market)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to scale our Go To Market team, ideally with start-up experience. Your focus will be on conducting full lifecycle business development, customer success and sales recruitment, cultivating employer brand awareness and leading team members on recruitment initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to closely partner with hiring managers and the executive team to provide market insights, understand and advise on team structures, and build out a world-class GTM TA team. This role will give you a platform to create a genuinely exceptional Talent Acquisition function in a greenfield environment – partnering closely with senior leadership and the founders to accelerate our growth.
