Ferrum is looking for a high-performing and self motivated Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
We are looking for candidates who can start immediately, that have multiple years of sales experience in Crypto based firms.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in generating, nurturing and moving leads through the sales process
- Must be a self starter hungry to generate and close deals
- 1-2 years experience with HubSpot
- 2 years experience in the DeFi Crypto sector conducting at least one of the following activities:
- Taking part in presales or IDOS
- Staking / Farming / Providing Liquidity
- Good understanding of luanchpads, incubators, and crypto project launches
- Familiarity with popular networks like BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche etc.
