As Partnerships Manager you will contribute knowledge and experience of web3, metaverse, blockchain and crypto ecosystem to inform the strategy and desired partners for the business needs.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake extensive research looking into the crypto, NFT, and fashion landscape for connections and have full lifecycle management over new accounts from research to lead generation to negotiating and closing deals.
You will be working closely with the partnerships management team to create sales collateral and develop industry specific messaging tailored to partners whilst managing the pipeline of leads that you will be accountable for.
Create new possibilities and sales pipeline with target and informed outreach
Present and communicate the metaverse products and opportunities to the brand
Negotiate on final commercial model and categorise deals based on internal core deliverables
Proactively develop and enrich the existing partnerships within your designated categories of possible partners
Onboard new partners to contribute to the growth of Boson Protocol
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers internally and externally and share developments and market insights with all stakeholders
Understand our ‘community first’ methodology and adapt your sales approach accordingly
Work with other departments within Boson Protocol (product, delivery, marketing etc) to bring new ideas and products to the market which will benefit our partners
Must have skills and attributes:
5 years + experience in business development, inside sales and/or sales
Background in brand partnerships, brand collaborations and knowledge of eCommerce/brand/retail vocabulary
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Excellent writing, listening and speaking abilities
Track record of success in past roles, exceeding assigned quotas
Strong understanding of BDR and lead development best practises and processes
Flexible and open to change, as startup environments evolve rapidly
Positive can-do attitude with a strong work ethic. Highly motivated and self-sufficient
Demonstrate an ability for being able to work autonomously in a remote position
Experience or familiarity using Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales, Slack and Zoom
Have a good understanding and knowledge in google sheets, docs, slides and drive
